The new tooling was specifically made for our pistons and specific machining cams were produced to accurately machine the profile and taper. Each alloy batch is independently tested and certified before casting and then hardened to specs under computer control. EXCLUSIVE computer designed under structure allows dome machining (0.143") to safely reduce the compression ratio to 10:1 and maintain balance.
